【微光咖啡沖煮建議】

、使用器具：
Hario V60玻璃濾杯
Kalita 銅壺

、沖煮參數：
-粗細：Kalita Nice Cut 刻度3.5~4
-水溫：88.5℃
-粉水比：20g粉沖出240cc的咖啡液
-萃取時間：總萃取時間約1’30（含10~15秒的悶蒸）
-手法：悶蒸後繞圈一注到底。

-此為店內實際沖煮方式，不同的沖煮器具與參數可能會造成風味上的些許不同，可依喜好自行調整。
